STAV Rental Brand Identity

Project Goal

Following its recent acquisition by our client, STAV Rental, a comprehensive property management company, lacked a distinct brand identity. Our client aimed to establish STAV as a standout option amidst numerous Airbnb listings in the same locale. They sought a compelling and upscale identity that would resonate across various property stay materials.

Challenge

The initial challenge lay in the absence of a clear brand direction. We embarked on multiple iterations of logo exploration to capture the essence our client desired. They expressed a preference for an art deco aesthetic and wished to integrate the colors of the parent company, Hillson AI, while transforming the brand into a captivating consumer experience.

Solution & Impact

Drawing inspiration from the parent company’s color palette and art deco heritage, we crafted a contemporary identity that seamlessly transitioned across digital platforms and consumer collateral. Incorporating gold gradients and juxtaposing contrasting fonts infused the brand with the opulence our client envisioned. To provide guidance, we developed a brand guide highlighting the new brand elements. The positive reception from our client, known for their discerning taste in design, underscored the success of the endeavor.

The successful rebranding initiative significantly bolstered profitability, leading to the early 2024 sale of STAV Rental.
